Collective Worship

Worship is central to the life and purposes of our school and reflects the school’s Christian foundation. It focuses our thoughts on God and helps us to reflect on our own actions and attitudes.

Our collective worship focuses on a different Christian value each half-term. We also look at other world faiths and special days. Children have the opportunity to reflect on each theme through the use of Reflection Journals in school. Each half term we also send home a themed sheet of ideas for families to share.

Worship is led by members of staff within the school, Reverend Jeanette Roberts and other visitors.

The table below shows our plans for the 2019/20 academic year.
